Processing fee for beef is $0.99/lbs. (Effective October 1, 2024)

Nordik Meats will glady age your carcass up to 10 days at no charge. Extra hanging charge requested will be charged at $5 extra per head per day over 10 days (i.e. 17 days will be an extra $35/hd). If no extra hanging time is requested, we reserve the right to cut the animal at anytime that best fits the schedule between 3 and 10 days of age.

At this time, only 1 pound burger packages are available. Grind Charge $0.29/lbs.
